Walk – Otterton to Otterhead

This great walk takes you across fields to meet the coastal path just west of Ladram Bay, before taking you along the cliff tops to Otterhead (a Roman Villa was found here) to enjoy the views over to Budleigh Salterton, then up along the river Otter (this bit is tidal and has a great bird sanctuary and hide where you can observe), and finally back to Otterton. A really lovely walk, where you can take the dogs and enjoy some of South East Devon’s finest scenery. Food available at beginning or end of walk, it’s a good idea to take a picnic if weather’s forecast good.
